Our Process
At CBN Pallets Recycling, sustainability is more than a goal — it’s built into every step of our process. We’re committed to reducing landfill waste, preserving natural resources, and promoting circular economy principles through responsible pallet recycling.
Pallet Collection
We collect used, broken, or unwanted wooden pallets from warehouses, factories, retailers, and other businesses. This prevents unnecessary disposal and helps redirect wood waste from landfills.
Inspection & Sorting
Each pallet is carefully inspected at our facility. We sort them into three categories:
Repair & Refurbishment
Pallets that are salvageable are repaired using reclaimed wood from other damaged pallets. We reinforce their structure to make them safe and reusable.
Full Material Recycling
Pallets that cannot be reused are broken down and processed into eco-friendly byproducts, including:
